WHY LATTICE?
Most of our bags have a lattice pattern, and it' s there for a reason.

A: Here you can see the garment hanging in the window.
B: Even though a mesh screen was applied you can still see the garment.
C: With the lattice window frame applied, it's difficult to see the garment.
☞ The mesh-openings in picture C are bigger than in picture B, but it's still almost impossible to see the garment behind it.
Lattice window frames were originally used for preventing crime. However it also has the function to distract your eyes so that you don't focus too much on the objects behind it.
The WINDOW BAG utilizes this function and integrates it into a bag.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
All SOFT DIVIDER products are produced by hand upon receipt of your order. Producing the products can take up to 2 weeks from the time of your purchase before shipping.
The products are shipped from Germany via DHL. Shipping and the costs will be added at the time of your purchase depending on where you live.

RETURNS
We only accept unused items in the original packaging. Furthermore, no returns will be accepted unless the item is in unused condition and is defective. If the item is defective, please be sure to contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the item.
If you do not contact us in advance, we will not accept your return. Thank you for your understanding.
